Some clients have asked us to help when they (as individuals or organizations) are moving up a notch and need to expand their strengths and manage their gaps. Or when they are at a cross roads and need to understand how to manage their options. Or when current behaviour is not working - and they need help to achieve success.
We've worked with Individuals who were preparing for promotion and needed to develop their skills in conflict management, communication, alliance building and leadership. We've also worked with Leaders who were very successful in one company - but simply not achieving in their current roles.
We've worked with successful Teams which needed to take on new goals or members. And we've worked with Groups that need to operate as teams - but were currently working to different interests, in different ways and for different purposes.
And we've worked with Organisations who needed help to either identify change requirements or to help strengthen and sustain the change they are going through by working with behaviours within the organisation.
