NEW CRISIS MANAGEMENT PROGRAMMES
- For leadership teams and HR specialists.

"CRISIS: A crucial or decisive point or situation; a turning point; a time when old solutions no longer work and we need to find new ways"

A crisis is not a disaster; it’s a cross roads, where we need to make rational, realistic and innovative decisions. But in this crisis, the dominant emotion that has been generated is Fear: the very thing that stops us from solving our problems.

Stop manufacturing fear –and start building hope

(One day or half day workshop, co- facilitated by Stephen Barden and Michael Carroll)

Fear is the greatest enemy of rational thinking. Participants are enabled to understand the impact on learning of real and manufactured fear. They are then helped to develop pragmatic strategies to help them stay in ‘creative/ rational mode’ for this and future crises.

Another crucial strength in a crisis is Resilience: the ability to persevere and bounce back after the trauma of 'failure'.

Resilience: persevere through adversity; bounce back from 'failure'.

A full or half day workshop; or 1-2-1 coaching)

Participants will be enabled to understand the nature of resilience and the key characteristics of resilient individuals and organisations. They will then uncover their own resilient core and adapt it to their areas of need. Finally participants will learn to apply as and when they need it.

Finally, a key characteristic which appears repeatedly in both Resilience and Crisis Management is a clear identification and practice of values.

Values: building a resilient, successful business with strong Values

(A half day workshop)

We identify the relationship between sustainably successful organisations and their values. Participants work through the following questions: Do values make success or just nice people? What values are important to me? What do my organisation’s values mean to me – and how can I put them into practice? How can I make sure that my team and I practise those values every day? And how do I make those values contagious throughout the organisation?

All the workshops are customised to your organisation’s specific needs and circumstances. For all enquires please contact us at:
